Maide Vale Mansion Block

Nestled in the heart of Maida Vale is an iconic red and white brick mansion block. When our client approached us to redesign a 3-bedroom apartment inside, we agreed the interiors were dated and would require a full refurbishment.

Our brief was to transform it into an elegant and light-filled apartment.

We provided a full architectural interior design and FF&E service. All floor and wall finishes were replaced, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully gutted. The lighting and electrical layouts were revised, and we specified new fittings and fixtures.

We designed bespoke, hand-crafted joinery. New panelling was added to the hallway and bathroom, and cornices were installed.

After the interior architecture was designed, we moved on to the FF&E package, which included specification of all furniture, artwork, window dressings, and ironmongery. Our client was drawn to minimal, tonal interiors, so we worked with a quiet palette of warm neutrals and the occasional accent of blue and green. We incorporated different textures to create depth and prioritised natural materials like linen and wood for their calming properties.

Our client is delighted with the result.
