Club Q
ClubQ is a private gym in Fitzrovia, owned by personal trainer Harry Cox. Wren had been training with Harry, when he expressed an interest in opening his own gym. They decided to collaborate on the space and together created an environment for Harry to support his clients’ well-being goals.
Biophilic design principles were incorporated into the design, including use of indoor plants and natural light. Helping the space feel healthy and energising, allowing his clients to work out at their best.
The bathroom and shower facility were integrated into the space, and here we embraced a darker mood, providing a sense of retreat and introspection – the perfect contrast after a strenuous work-out.
Harry and his clients are delighted with the result and it’s wonderful to see our design principles helping the gym grow while supporting so many to live a healthy lifestyle.
